01Sponsor and eligibility
The sponsor is Pana Nissan LLC d/b/a Nissan of New Rochelle ("Sponsor"), 2533 Palmer Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Open to legal resident of the U.S.A. who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live. Sponsor employees and their immediate family and household members may not enter.
02Dates
The giveaway starts October 7, 2026. Entries close October 31st at 1pm, ET. The random drawing will take place on October 31, 2026 at 3 p.m. ET. The entry cutoff must be before the drawing. The website receipt time is the official time.
03Enter online for one entry
Visit nissanofnewrochelle.com/halloween-giveaway, complete the entry form and accept these rules. You will receive one entry. You do not have to buy a vehicle, attend an event, take a test drive or agree to marketing. Any marketing choice is separate and optional.
04Get four more entries
To earn four additional entries, first enter online, then schedule an appointment and show up in person for it at Nissan of New Rochelle, 2533 Palmer Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801 during the giveaway period. Tell the team at check-in that you entered the giveaway. Scheduling alone does not count. This is the only way to receive the four additional entries; there is no online bonus-entry option. No purchase, test drive, trade-in, credit application or marketing sign-up is required. Limit five entries per person total.
05Drawing and odds
One potential winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Each entry has an equal chance of being selected. Your odds depend on the number of eligible entries. You do not need to attend the Halloween event or watch a livestream to win. Sponsor will contact the potential winner directly using the entry information. The drawing will take place on October 31, 2026 at 3 p.m. ET. The potential winner must respond within two months of notification.
06Prize
The winner may choose $750 cash or a dealership credit of up to $1,000 toward a vehicle down payment at Nissan of New Rochelle. The winner receives one option, not both. No vehicle purchase is required to receive the $750 cash prize. The credit is not cash and does not guarantee financing approval.
07Winner
The potential winner must respond within two months of notification and may need to confirm age, identity and residence. If they are not eligible or do not respond on time, Sponsor may select another winner at random. Sponsor will provide the prize without a fee. The winner is responsible for any taxes legally due.
